3. Scheduling, Access & Building Protocols

Clients are responsible for providing unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. For New York apartments and commercial buildings, clients must coordinate building doorman protocols, service elevator reservations, and provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements in advance when applicable.

4. Estimates, Payments & Cancellation Policy

Estimates provided through our platform or direct dispatch are based on information supplied by the client. Payments must be completed securely according to agreed invoices. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time to avoid applicable administrative fees.
